Sport Level 2 provides an excellent pathway to Level 3 study, apprenticeships and careers in sport. Students achieving the required grades can progress to our Level 3 Sport courses, while developing the skills and knowledge needed for careers in sports development, leisure, recreation, health and fitness, public services and personal training.
This vocational course combines coursework, practical assessments and online exams. Lessons include practical activities, technology, discussion and teamwork, with continuous assessment throughout. Strong organisation, a positive work ethic and a passion for sport, health, fitness and performance are key to success, with expert staff providing support every step of the way.
Students must buy one kit bundle (Academy-specific or Sport and PE) and purchase revision guides/workbooks for externally assessed units to support course success. Teachers will send links for this.
