T Levels
T Levels at Worthing College combine classroom learning with practical skills and a three-month industry placement. They’re ideal for students who want academic study alongside real-world experience, while building connections with future employers.
Apprenticeships
We offer a wide range of on-site apprenticeships, blending hands-on work with structured training – so you can earn while you learn. Our apprenticeship provision was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2025, reflecting our commitment to quality and getting you career-ready.

If you prefer practical learning, our vocational courses offer hands-on training in areas like construction, health & social care, and performing arts. Many include work placements and lead directly to employment, apprenticeships, or university.
