Debbie Collier – Subject Leader for Maths, Statistics and Further Maths

My route into teaching was a long and winding one, dabbling with architecture and fashion design before eventually completing my degree in Maths with Theology and Religious Studies! My 25 years of teaching in high schools and college finds me settled at Worthing College, where I have the great privilege of teaching A-level Maths and further maths to our incredible students. I enjoy organising enrichment activities too and the artist and designer in me is particularly drawn to the visual aspect of maths with its wonderful patterns and symmetries.
