Students, staff and parents come together to celebrate Results Day 2025

14 August 2025

There was excitement and suspense all around today (14 August 2025) at Worthing College, as students came into college to receive their A-level results.

There was an air of nervous expectation as students queued up to receive their grades, in a culmination of the last two years of dedication and resilience.

One student who received their results was Bradley Rowatt. He studied A-level religious studies, politics and law. He said:

“I was a bit nervous, but happy with what I got as it’s what I was hoping for. I was thinking about going to university, but decided to go to Sandhurst Officers’ Training.

“My advice to students would be to be more social, it’s a great opportunity to make more friends. And my biggest takeaway from studying here was the life skills, the independent learning, and it’s not just teachers handing you stuff.

“I’m proud of my religious studies results in particular, it was my hardest course, and I’m happy and proud of my results.”

The college celebrated another outstanding year, achieving a 97% pass rate for A-levels. This included 100% pass rates in art & design, electronics, film studies, history, physics, and sociology.
