how to apply
Applying to Worthing College couldn't be simpler.
Just follow these easy steps and be part of an incredible learning experience.
Step 1 - Application Form
You can apply online by clicking ‘apply now’ where you will be taken to our application page.
We'll let you know when we've safely received your application with an acknowledgement email.
Step 2 - Course Guidance Meeting
We'll need to arrange a meeting with you before we can formally accept you onto the course. Within your acknowledgement email there will be a link to book your course guidance meeting. You can then choose a date and time that suits you.
Don't worry - the meeting is there to give you advice and guidance on any additional help you might need and to make sure that the course is right for you. Make sure you check your email to know what you need to bring!
Step 3 - Accepting a place
Following your course guidance meeting, we'll send you an email to confirm that you've been offered a place. The offer will either conditional (you'll be told in your interview what the conditions are, e.g. the GCSE grades you need).
You will need to accept your place on Application Tracker (where you applied to study with us) within 14 days of receiving your offer.
Step 4 – Confirming results
On GCSE results day, you’ll need to let us know your final GCSE grades by logging into Application Tracker and uploading the information.

Step 5 – Attend enrolment
Enrolment dates will be given in your offer email. It’s where you officially sign up as a student. Further information on financial support, fee information and subject selection support will be offered at this appointment.
Step 6 – Welcome week
During Welcome Week you will be introduced to the student intranet, college policies and procedures. You’ll also get to meet teachers and personal tutors with your timetable available by the end of the week.
Step 7 – Start of term
The first day of term starts for you as a college student.
