We are asking staff to work from home unless your line manager has advised that you are specifically required on site for essential care of a very small number of learners and/or any other essential work.
These members of staff will have been contacted directly by their line manager and if you have any queries, you should contact your manager directly.
If any member of staff wants or is required to work on site, you will need to apply to the principal, or to Julie Kapsalis (Managing Director) or Steve Coulthard (Chief Financial Officer). You will need also need to complete this form.
We will be providing regular and more detailed updates to all staff via email, so please do make sure you are up-to-date with the latest briefings and check your inboxes.
Reporting sickness absence
If you are working from home and then become sick or have to self-isolate, please contact your line manager so that they can discuss your situation and health and maintain regular contact with them.
We have a separate process for students and staff to report an absence due to a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.
The symptoms are:
a new, continuous cough;
a high temperature; or
a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell
Staff should report any suspected or confirmed cases to their line manager and register any absence in the normal way through the absence reporting email address.
