As a result of the latest national lockdown all onsite and non-essential programmes have been cancelled. One of our team will be in contact with you if you are affected to discuss your options.
We have temporarily paused our essential training to undertake further risk assessments. Once complete we anticipate commencing onsite delivery in our COVID safe training centres for essential training only.
All online/virtual training will continue to run.
Our commercial courses are l covered by an enhanced cancellation guarantee. As before, delegates can cancel any course two weeks in advance of their start date and receive a full refund. However, you can now choose to credit the course on your account and use it to book another course in the future.
Those attendees that are less than two weeks from the start of their course can cancel and receive a full credit to be used at a different time.
