Responding to the ever-evolving challenge presented by Coronavirus, we are doing our best to reassure and address concerns from anxious delegates and working to overcome the requests to change or cancel and questions about our cancellation policy.
We have listened to your concerns and we have introduced a special cancellation guarantee. These changes affect any commercial course which is booked from March - June 2020.
Our commercial courses are now covered by this enhanced cancellation guarantee. As before, delegates can cancel any course two weeks in advance of their start date and receive a full refund. However, you can now choose to credit the course and receive 120% of the course value to use as future credit.
Those attendees that are less than two weeks from the start of their course can now cancel and receive a full credit to be used at a different time.

I am waiting on a course certificate
There is likely to be a delay in course certificates as a result of the current circumstances. You will still be receiving your certificate but there is likely to be some delay.
