coronavirus:

Apprentices and employers

Following the Government’s announcement last week, the Chichester College Group and all its college campuses (Brinsbury, Chichester, Crawley and Worthing) are closed until further notice. Learning will be transferred online, where possible.

To prevent apprentices falling behind in their studies and to ensure they maintain their 20% off the job training, the following support is available to apprentices:

  • Online learning through OneFile and CCGOnline

  • Online behaviour modules are available on OneFile

  • Maths and English online resources will be sent by the Functional Skills team (where required)

  • Updating of their 20% logs on OneFile

  • Assessor and Coach reviews will take place online (your apprentice's Coach/Assessor will in touch to arrange these)

  • Completion of portfolios and assignments that have been set

  • Revision for exams and End Point Assessment (EPA)

All exams and End Point Assessments are currently paused until further notice. When more information becomes available we will let you know.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us on employers@chigroup.ac.uk.
